About Miriam
Miriam studied culinary arts before she came into real estate, and credits that training for the way she works now: reading the whole brief before starting, and attending to the parts of a transaction nobody sees.
She works from the Terra Realty Group office on Myrtle Avenue in Glendale, minutes from most of the buildings she lists and rents. Proximity matters more than it sounds. She can meet clients at short notice, and she knows how individual buildings are run.
